“I am both sorry and delighted to say that I am no longer one of Jess's weekly whinge bags. Sorry because I won't get to see her lovely face anymore, but delighted because I am in a much better place now (thanks to her). Jess was very considered and patient with me and helped me through various things that I had been struggling with (for most of my life and also more recently in later life), gave me a new perspective and also some really helpful tools to help me cope in the long run with this thing we call life. Basically, she did a therapy judo chop on my brain and scared off all the baddies with therapising ninja voodoo and then taught me in-turn how to do brain kung fu so I can fend for myself against any future baddies. Pretty good really. “
“(Jess is) basically a black belt therapy sensei. Worth every penny.”

“Jess is warm, authentic and insightful, and you can tell she cares deeply about helping people. She did a beautiful job of supporting me through some very big changes in my life. I hadn’t tried psychosynthesis before, and she made me feel very supported, inspired and understood during the sessions. As well as being very professional, Jess made me feel comfortable to be open and myself very quickly, which in my experience is one of the biggest battles in therapy. I enjoyed and greatly benefited from the different ways in which she engaged me through creative techniques, which I felt opened up different perspectives I have been unable to access through other types of therapy.
Thank you Jess so much for being so great! The world needs more people like you!”

“I am truly grateful to have found Jess and been able to work through tough moments in my life and explore parts of me I have never been able to explore by myself before. From the very first session I felt an instant connection and a real sense of welcoming and acceptance.
I had never been to therapy before and I struggle with opening up and talking about myself, Jess created a safe and non-judgemental place for me to learn how to delve into myself and express thoughts and feelings I had never brought to light before.
I am truly amazed at the progress I have made under Jess’s guidance, I feel more equipped to face life’s challenges and have gained a whole new perspective on self-awareness and putting my feelings first. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jess to anyone in need of support of any kind. She is not only an exceptional therapist but a kind and compassionate person who clearly cares about her clients.
I am forever grateful for the connection I have made with her and the positive impact she has made on my life.”

"I had not participated in therapy of any sort before Jess. But having spent a year seeing her once a week I’m really glad I did. Before we started I felt unable to pursue any of the things which I wanted to do in life and had stopped finding joy in the things which normally made me happy. I would reject things which I wanted for irrational reasons, I would often overthink and exhaust myself instead of just doing what I knew was best for me. Jess is a very good professional who is an excellent listener who helped me better understand myself and my feelings.
Since her, I’ve had much better clarity in the decisions I make and in my reactions to situations, especially stressful ones. I also addressed long-suppressed trauma dating back to my childhood which she has helped me move on from. She would always ask the right questions and I always felt safe talking about anything while in a session with her as an unbiased and non-judgemental individual. Overall I have better relationships with everyone in my life; friends, family, at work and especially and most importantly myself.
After a year of seeing her I felt like I’d gained a superpower over myself."
